
Main Camp
Limited access
Our main site is a 3 acre multi-use camping area for large groups where you may park next to your location by the river. It includes a fire pit next to a shelter, some shaded areas and a splash pool. There are two washroom/change room facilities and a wash station. Plug-ins are 15amp. services. You may obtain access to a small serving kitchen if you should so require.
Tipi Island
Closed for the season
Tipi Island is a smaller site for a limited amount of people. It is on a point of the river with easy access to a beach. It features a shelter, fire pit and outdoor biffy. It is a walk-in site with no electricity.
Deer Camp
Closed for the season
Deer Camp is a well treed site where you may park next to your camp but no large camper access. It has a fire pit with porta-potty facilities. It is an easy walk away from the river and close to the splash pool. No electrical service.It is primarily an overflow site.
If you prefer sports like baseball , football , soccer or even flying your drone , you have access to a 20 acre open field just a short walk from

Helpful Information About Group Camping
Oroseau Rapids Park is a group camping area as well as a user-initiated natural adventure park that offers a wide variety of recreational activities in the great outdoors. We specialize in offering an outdoor venue for groups wanting to camp together and for special interest groups looking to host an event (music festivals, weddings, clubs, etc.)
Oroseau Rapids Park is not a provincial park but rather a private campground which specializes in group camping. Groups of 10 or more can enjoy exclusive use of one of three group use areas during their stay.
To reserve specific dates, groups must assign one person (organizer) that will collect the camping fees as well as complete our online booking form. A 120 $ deposit is required upon booking .
All guests must read and sign the waiver prior to or upon arrival and guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. It is also recommended that group organizers send our website address to group members in order to share general information about the site as well as rules and expectations.
All visitors must sign in at the office upon arrival.
Drinking water
Groups must bring their own drinking water. There is no potable water on site.
Washrooms
Our bathrooms are rudimentary and there are no showers. Dish washing facilities are available.
Firewood
We supply your firewood and groups have access to large firepit for bonfires as well as to smaller fire pits for cooking. (Consider bringing an axe).
Electricity
Two sites having four (X2=) 8 electrical outlets of 15amp.
Sports and leisure equipment
We do not rent any sports equipment; users must bring their own. Team sports can be played in a large 20-acre field or in the main camping area by the river. Fishing is also a popular pastime in accordance with provincial fishing rules.( see our interactive map for best locations)
Other amenities
There is a spring fed wading pool located on site as well as many beaches along the river (depending on water levels). A group kitchen and shelter are available for use by group campers and special event organisers. There are also many nature trails as well as a swinging bridge a short drive away.
Nearest store/gas station.The town of Saint-Malo is located 10 minutes from the park and offers a general store, gas station, vendor and a few restaurants.
